Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Season 13 Episode 3 Recap

Posted by: admin | Comments Comments Off

Here we have recap of another installment of Law & Order: SVU episodes. And as the episodes are proceeding I am getting convinced that why this last franchise of Law & Order remains. Till now its going really good with some very interesting cases being shown in this season so read on to know more about this week’s episode.

This week’s Law & Order: SVU Season 13 Episode 3 was titled “Blood Brothers” and it was titled so because it had storyline revolving around two half brothers; one born from a rich influential ambassador’s wife, Trip, and the other one born from the governess, Arturo, but both sons of the ambassador. Basically the episode started off with a 13 year old girl getting pregnant and she is not telling anyone about the father of the child.

But later as the investigations proceed the focus of the Law & Order: SVU Season 13 episode 3 shifts from the girl to the story of the boys. And not to forget the part of ambassador’s wife as she comes across all these events.

I don’t know why but Law & Order: SVU episodes are concentrating more on issues showing power of money this season, the very first episode was also based on such a case and now this episode. The ambassador’s son tries to buy his mistake through power and money. But his half brother wants to teach a lesson that money can’t buy everything, which costs Trip his life. This story sounds similar to some real life incident also, any guesses.

Finally the case is solved by the team. We saw in Law & Order: SVU Season 13 Episode 3 the two new detectives pretty much active in this case and working well with the team, whereas Benson seems a bit uncomfortable. Its obvious when you have been working with a partner for long you can’t just show that you have completely forgotten him. And of course we all miss Meloni.

Those who missed it can watch “Law & Order: SVU” online.
